Seller (Artist) Agreement

By listing products on the Tunog Kalye Merch Store, you agree that:

You are the original creator of the music, designs, and content associated with your merch, or you are authorized to use and license them.

You may sell physical goods (e.g., shirts, hoodies, stickers, posters, vinyl, CDs) and digital products that are clearly labeled.

Tunog Kalye Radio acts as a platform that connects you with buyers. We:

Host your product listings.

Process payments through Stripe Connect.

Share your order details with you for fulfillment.

Do not manufacture, store, or ship goods on your behalf (unless a specific fulfillment service is explicitly offered).

For each eligible sale:

90% of the sale price (minus applicable taxes and Stripe payment processing fees) is transferred directly to your Stripe Connect account.

10% is allocated to the Kanto Fund, which is pooled and distributed to qualifying artists each quarter.

You are solely responsible for:

Maintaining your Stripe Connect account in good standing.

Ensuring your bank details and tax info are correct for payouts.

You agree that:

All product information (name, description, images, tags, and pricing) is accurate, not misleading, and reflects what you are actually selling.

You will not list:

Counterfeit, infringing, or unauthorized merchandise.

Items that violate local or international law (e.g., weapons, hate-symbols, explicit adult content without clear warnings where legally required).

Tunog Kalye reserves the right to:

Review, edit, suspend, or remove any product listing that violates these rules, our Terms of Service, or community standards.

Disable your storefront if you repeatedly violate this policy.

You are responsible for:

Shipping, handling, and delivery of your products.

Timely processing of orders and accurate tracking where applicable.

Resolving any fulfillment failures or delays directly with the buyer.

Tunog Kalye:

Will share your order details (customer name, address, product, and order total) with you for fulfillment.

Will not be held liable for shipping issues, lost packages, or customer dissatisfaction with product quality, except where we are required by law.

You retain full ownership of your music, designs, and brand assets. By listing your merch, you grant Tunog Kalye a limited, non-exclusive license to:

Display your product images, descriptions, and branding on the Hub for the purpose of selling your merchandise.

Use your artist name and logo in Kanto-related branding (e.g., "Kanto-supported artists") as long as this does not imply that Tunog Kalye owns your work.

You must not:

Upload designs that infringe on third-party rights (e.g., copyrighted characters, logos, mascots, or brands) without permission.

You are responsible for:

Complying with all applicable tax, customs, and consumer-protection laws.

Declaring your income from merch sales to your local tax authority, where required.

Tunog Kalye may:

Suspend or terminate your ability to sell on the Hub if you repeatedly violate this policy, our Terms of Service, or local law.

Stop displaying your store at any time, with or without notice.

You may:

Remove your store or products at any time by deleting your listings or contacting us.
